Para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Personas y Bienestar, en Grupo San Cristóbal buscamos un/a Especialista de Talento y Cultura. Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en áreas de Recursos Humanos, especialmente en Talento y Cultura, Desarrollo, Aprendizaje o Gestión del Talento.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Diseñar, implementar y evolucionar iniciativas vinculadas al desarrollo de las personas, administrando planes y programas de formación alineados a las necesidades estratégicas y los objetivos del negocio.
  • Gestionar los procesos de evaluación de desempeño, talento y planes de sucesión.
  • Ejecutar acciones que contribuyan a difundir y fortalecer la Cultura Organizacional a través del propósito y principios culturales de GSC.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación de grado en RRHH /RRLL /RRII/ Psicología/Administración o afines.
  • Experiencia en procesos de Gestión de RRHH (Capacitación, Desempeño, Desarrollo y Clima).
  • Conocimiento en políticas de gestión soft de RRHH.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Nos orientamos a personas curiosas, proactivas y autónomas, con capacidad para incorporar buenas prácticas, identificar oportunidades de mejora y transformar ideas en acciones concretas. Se valorará la experiencia en gestión de proyectos, herramientas digitales, análisis de indicadores e innovación aplicada a Recursos Humanos.

Será importante contar con buenas habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente interno y capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente con múltiples interlocutores.
