Buscamos Jefe Médico Laboral para sumarse al Centro Médico de Asociart en Mendoza. Será su misión coordinar, monitorear y evaluar los servicios médicos y paramédicos del Centro Médico, realizando una gestión eficiente de los siniestros atendidos en el Centro Médico Asociart.

Prinicpales tareas:

  • Gestionar siniestros laborales, determinando incapacidades y emitiendo la documentación médica correspondiente, con foco en la optimización de resultados y tiempos de recuperación.
  • Administrar la gestión integral del Centro Médico, coordinando al equipo y optimizando el uso de los recursos e infraestructura para asegurar una atención de calidad.
  • Conducir el desempeño del equipo médico y paramédico, promoviendo acciones de capacitación y el desarrollo de trabajos de investigación orientados a la mejora de la práctica profesional.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los protocolos y normativas vigentes, supervisando la gestión de historias clínicas y el desempeño médico y paramédico.
  • Coordinar las actividades de inducción y formación del equipo, fomentando el desarrollo profesional y la actualización técnica.
  • Coordinar las actividades de los distintos sectores, promoviendo una gestión integrada y eficiente.
  • Garantizar la correcta gestión de permisos, beneficios y autorizaciones médicas, velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos definidos.

Requisitos

  • Médico Laboral, preferentemente Medico especialista en Ortopedia y Traumatologia.
  • Experiencia en administración de servicios de salud.
  • Dominio de Paquete Office.

Son competencias claves para el rol el liderazgo, orientación a resultados, capacidad de gestión y comunicación efectiva.
