Buscamos un Jefe/a de Gestión Operativa de Autorizaciones para liderar la evolución de nuestros procesos.

Tu misión y desafío será liderar y evolucionar el modelo operativo de Autorizaciones, asegurando una gestión digital, homogénea y centrada en el asociado. Buscamos que, a través de la planificación estratégica, la tecnología y la mejora continua, garantices una operación eficiente que simplifique el acceso a la salud.

🎯 Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseño y Estrategia: Definir, implementar y evolucionar el modelo operativo de autorizaciones, garantizando procesos estandarizados y escalables.
  • Gestión Integral: Planificar la capacidad operativa del área y monitorear el desempeño a través de indicadores de productividad, calidad y tiempos de respuesta (SLA y OKRs).
  • Transformación y Mejora Continua: Liderar la digitalización y automatización de los procesos. Serás referente funcional en proyectos tecnológicos clave, promoviendo la adopción de nuevas herramientas (como Salesforce).
  • Liderazgo de Talento: Potenciar y desarrollar a los Líderes de Gestión Operativa, promoviendo una cultura de autonomía, resolución de problemas y aprendizaje permanente.
  • Gestión transversal: Trabajar codo a codo con Auditoría Médica, Convenios, Tecnología y otras áreas para optimizar de punta a punta la experiencia del asociado y del prestador.

Requisitos

💡 ¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • Formación universitario/a de carreras vinculadas a gestión, salud, administración, ingeniería u otras disciplinas afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable liderando operaciones, gestionando procesos de volumen y equipos multidisciplinarios. Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en organizaciones de salud.
  • Dominio del ecosistema de salud argentino (prepagas, obras sociales, prestadores, nomencladores) y sólida gestión de indicadores.
  • Se valorará Posgrado/Especialización en Gestión de Operaciones, Salud, o MBA. Formación en metodologías ágiles o de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) y experiencia previa con plataformas como Salesforce o CRM.
