Nos encontramos buscando un/a Líder de Diseño de Reglas Prestacionales, para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

Esta posición tendra como objetivo garantizar que las políticas de cobertura de nuestra empresa se traduzcan en reglas prestacionales claras, consistentes y ejecutables en nuestros sistemas. Logrando asi, reducir ambigüedad, retrabajo operativo y variabilidad en decisiones. Con una mirada estrategica hacia nuestros asociados y la calidad de servicio hacia ellos.

Tus principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar al equpo, estableciendo prioridades y objetivos claros del area en consistencia con la mirada estrategica del sector/gerencia/dirección.
  • Responsable de la gestión integral de las reglas prestacionales y puntos de control: Definir estándares, templates y criterios de calidad para cada uno, asi como también mantener actualizado el catalogo y su trazabilidad.
  • Diseñar cada regla prestacional, convirtiendo requerimientos clínicos y operativos en lógica explícita (condiciones/acciones/excepciones). Asegurando consistencia entre política (NPC) y reglas implementadas.
  • Impulsor de mejoras en el sistema y herramientas de gestión, promoviendo capacitaciones a los usuarios.
  • Medición de efectividad para seguimiento y propuesta de mejoras.

Requisitos

- Experiencia en rubro salud y onocimiento del negocio prestacional en financiadores de salud: autorizaciones, auditoría, nomenclador, planes y prestadores. (Excluyente)

- Experiencia liderando equipos (Excluyente)

- Estudios universitarios Formación en carreras de salud con fuerte enfoque en procesos.(Excluyente)

- Conocimientos conceptuales de BPMN/DMN / diseño de decisiones.

- Orientación a datos (interpretación de indicadores, análisis de impacto). (Excluyente)

- Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión del cambio y mejora continua.
