Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Financeiro para integrar nosso time! Se você é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes, responsável e gosta de trabalhar com números e processos, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.

Buscamos alguém que tenha interesse em aprender, contribuir com a rotina financeira e crescer profissionalmente em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e voltado para resultados.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoiar na rotina de contas a pagar, realizando lançamentos, conferências, agendamentos, pagamentos e baixas no sistema;
  • Realizar o controle e a conferência do fundo fixo (caixinha);
  • Apoiar na atualização e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa diário, organizando informações de entradas e saídas;
  • Realizar cobranças e contatos com clientes para acompanhamento de valores em atraso, conforme orientações da área;
  • Efetuar a baixa de recebimentos no sistema e apoiar na conciliação bancária diária;
  • Auxiliar na conciliação bancária das contas da empresa, identificando possíveis divergências e encaminhando para análise;
  • Apoiar o controle dos recebimentos e pagamentos, mantendo os registros financeiros atualizados e organizados;
  • Realizar conferências de documentos, lançamentos e movimentações financeiras;
  • Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e controles financeiros da área;
  • Dar suporte às demais atividades administrativas e financeiras, contribuindo para a organização e o bom funcionamento do setor.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas ou financeiras, especialmente em contas a pagar, contas a receber ou conciliação bancária;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar com números;
  • Conhecimento no sistema ERP TOTVS Protheus será considerado um diferencial.
