  • Venha produzir TV onde a criatividade encontra o mar! Estamos em busca de um(a) Produtor(a) de TV para integrar um time dinâmico em Florianópolis/SC, com desafios reais, ritmo de redação e espaço para ideias que viram pauta.
  • O que você vai fazer no dia a dia (Responsabilidades) Planejar, organizar e executar a produção de conteúdos para TV, do briefing à entrega final. Coordenar agendas, logística de gravações e cronogramas, garantindo fluidez em todas as etapas. Articular demandas com equipes internas e externas (reportagem, edição, técnica, fornecedores e convidados). Apoiar a definição de pautas, viabilidade de produção, autorizações e necessidades de equipe/equipamentos. Acompanhar gravações em campo e em estúdio, assegurando padrão de qualidade, prazos e alinhamento editorial. Controlar orçamentos, negociações e contratações de serviços relacionados à produção. Antecipar riscos, resolver imprevistos e garantir que tudo aconteça com organização e agilidade.
  • O que buscamos (Competências e requisitos) Experiência prévia em produção de TV, audiovisual ou jornalismo (campo/estúdio). Excelente organização, senso de prioridade e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos curtos. Comunicação clara, jogo de cintura e facilidade para negociar e coordenar múltiplos stakeholders. Visão de storytelling e atenção a detalhes que elevam a qualidade do conteúdo. Proatividade, autonomia e perfil “mão na massa”. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e rotinas de gravação.
