Estamos em busca de um(a) Produtor(a) de TV para atuar em período integral em Florianópolis/SC, com remuneração competitiva e um ambiente dinâmico, criativo e colaborativo.

O que você vai fazer no dia a dia (Responsabilidades)

  • Planejar, organizar e acompanhar produções audiovisuais para TV do início ao fim (pré, gravação e pós-produção).
  • Construir e gerenciar cronogramas, garantindo prazos, qualidade e alinhamento com o roteiro e o formato do programa.
  • Coordenar equipe técnica e operacional: logística de estúdio/externa, agendas, autorizações, deslocamentos e necessidades de produção.
  • Atuar como ponte entre direção, roteiro, edição, operação de câmera/áudio/iluminação e demais áreas.
  • Garantir que gravações ocorram com fluidez: checklists, briefings, alinhamentos e resolução rápida de imprevistos.
  • Controlar demandas de produção, alinhando prioridades e mantendo comunicação clara com stakeholders internos.
  • Apoiar a curadoria de pautas e conteúdos, contribuindo com ideias e melhorias de formato quando necessário.

O que buscamos em você (Competências e perfil)

  • Experiência prévia com produção de TV e/ou conteúdo audiovisual (estúdio e/ou externas).
  • Forte capacidade de planejamento, organização e gestão de tempo.
  • Comunicação objetiva e habilidade para trabalhar com múltiplas áreas e perfis.
  • Perfil “mão na massa”, com jogo de cintura para lidar com mudanças de última hora.
  • Noções de fluxo de trabalho de pós-produção (ex.: entrega de materiais, alinhamento com edição, organização de assets).
  • Capacidade de liderar rotinas de produção com foco em qualidade, ritmo e entrega.

Diferenciais que contam pontos

  • Vivência com programas ao vivo, jornalismo, entretenimento ou formatos digitais para TV.
  • Experiência com produção de externas, logística e autorizações.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de organização (ex.: Trello/Notion/Google Workspace) e processos de produção.
