Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar e dar suporte na manutenção predial, atuando de forma preventiva, executando atividades de pedreiro, pintor, eletricista, encanador e marceneiro, contribuindo dessa forma para manter boas condições de uso das instalações prediais. Irá executar atividades de manutenção predial de menor complexidade, conforme instruções recebidas de seu superior imediato bem como dos demais técnicos de manutenção, contribuindo dessa forma, para o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade desejados. Realizará manutenção preventiva, com visitas técnicas em todos os departamentos e sempre que for acionado. Irá auxiliar nos serviços de manutenção predial, pintura, elétrica, hidráulica e marcenaria, nas dependências das unidades, conforme demanda e orientação da supervisão imediata. Utilizará, sob orientação, ferramentas e equipamentos apropriados para cada tipo de atividade, inclusive trabalhos em altura, fazendo uso dos EPI’s exigidos, conforme legislação vigente. Estará atento com a segurança durante a execução dos serviços de manutenção, principalmente em relação à terceiros, alunos e colaboradores. Irá limpar e organizar os locais onde foram realizados os serviços de manutenção, removendo entulhos, eliminando resíduos e manchas. Irá zelar pela conservação dos materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados nos serviços de manutenção, requisitando sua reposição quando necessário. Irá controlar o estoque de materiais, peças, componentes, ferramentas e equipamentos, quantificando e registrando em documentos e planilhas sua movimentação. Irá colaborar nos eventos do grupo executando atividades de apoio conforme orientações superiores.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo Curso Técnico em Manutenção Predial Facilidade em Trabalho em equipe; Assiduidade e Pontualidade Capacidade de planejar e gerir as próprias atividades; Desejável vivência na função. Desejável conhecimento em elétrica; Desejável conhecimento em manutenção predial; Desejável conhecimento em carpintaria; Desejável conhecimento em Hidráulica;
