Atividades:

  • Conduzir reuniões comerciais on-line com leads qualificados.
  • Apresentar o Método Campbell de forma consultiva e estruturada.
  • Negociar condições e formas de pagamento.
  • Conduzir objeções com clareza, segurança e técnica.
  • Realizar follow-ups consistentes e manter o CRM atualizado.
  • Criar e aprimorar processos comerciais (prospecção, atendimento, fechamento e acompanhamento dos pagamentos na plataforma de gestão financeira, garantindo que os mentorados permaneçam ativos no plano).
  • Fazer o SDR: atendimento inicial dos leads, qualificação e agendamento das reuniões comerciais.
  • Acompanhar o pipeline diariamente, garantindo organização e avanço das oportunidades.
  • Manter organizados os pagamentos e notas fiscais, atuando em interface direta com o financeiro.
  • Acompanhar metas e indicadores semanais.
  • Integrar-se às estratégias de divulgação e conteúdo nas redes sociais.
  • Participar das reuniões do Squad para alinhamentos e direcionamentos.

Habilidades Técnicas e ferramentas:

  • Facilidade com matemática;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de CRM;
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de mensagens e atendimento, como WhatsApp, Digisac ou similares;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de armazenamento e organização de arquivos em nuvem, como Google Drive.
