Responsabilidade e Atribuições:

Acompanhar a agenda da médica

Realizar anotações pertinentes a consultas

Criar planos de tratamentos conforme orientação da médica

Auxiliar em procedimentos cirúrgicos (estéreis)

Registrar tudo que foi realizado pela médica nos prontuários, observando todas as diretrizes de sua gestão direta e indireta, e o que consta em processo

Executar procedimentos como: limpeza de pele, massagem facial, lasers, drenagem e ultrassom microfocado, após treinamento específico

Realizar a reposição de insumos nas salas de atendimento e consultórios

Verificar os prontuários com os protocolos de cada atendimento

Evoluir para o prontuário todos os procedimentos realizados no mesmo dia, relatando parâmetros usados, maneira em que foi feito e o que foi conversado com paciente em sala (CRM)

Fotografar pacientes antes, durante e após os atendimentos, conforme solicitação da médica

Monitorar a quantidade de disparos ao final dos procedimentos com laser e informar ao setor responsável (estoque)

Realizar a higienização dos aparelhos após procedimentos, quando for o caso

Enviar orientações pós-procedimento para os pacientes

Realizar o agendamento e contato ativo de pacientes, conforme orientação da gestão e da médica

Responder as mensagens enviadas pelos pacientes e seguidores da médica, atendendo suas necessidades

Alimentar planilhas e plataformas relativas à carteira de pacientes da médica

Auxiliar no monitoramento dos dados financeiros da médica

Bloquear e liberar agendas conforme solicitações da médica

Intermediar a comunicação com o Time de Marketing e demais setores da clínica, sempre que necessário

Interagir com os pacientes da carteira da médica nas mídias sociais

Enviar cartão personalizado no aniversário dos pacientes da médica nas mídias sociais

Hard Skills (Habilidades Técnicas):

Capacidade em se adaptar facilmente com mudanças de protocolos

Agilidade no serviço

Pacote Office intermediário

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Mínima: Ensino Técnico/tecnólogo ou bacharel completo em Estética e áreas correlatas

Desejável: Completo/cursando Pós-Graduação na área da Estética e Dermatologia.

Escala e horário de trabalho:

Segunda a Sexta (com alguns sábados por escala de acordo com agenda médica)

jornada variável, definida de acordo com a agenda da médica, podendo haver alteração nos horários de início e término conforme a programação do dia.
