JEFE DE MOTORES

Requisitos:

  • Educación Superior Ing. Naval, Ing. en Sistemas Navales
  • Experiencia previa en roles similares
  • Inglés Intermedio - Alto

Actividades:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales a largo plazo para la venta de motores y proyectos de reparación/construcción.
  • Liderar procesos de negociación y cierre de contratos, manejando objeciones y expectativas de clientes en proyectos de alto valor.
  • Utilizar herramientas como Salesforce (o similar) para dar seguimiento puntual al pipeline de ventas, prospectos y facturación.
  • Identificar tendencias en la industria para proponer soluciones proactivas que se adelanten a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Evaluar la viabilidad técnica de los requerimientos del cliente, asegurando que los motores y sistemas de propulsión sean compatibles con la hidrodinámica y estabilidad de la embarcación.
  • Leer y discutir planos de arquitectura naval, diagramas de sistemas y especificaciones técnicas con ingenieros de diseño y clientes.
  • Supervisar o realizar visualizaciones y ajustes de propuestas utilizando software como AutoCAD, SolidWorks o Navisworks.
  • Emplear herramientas de simulación para demostrar el rendimiento esperado del producto propuesto.
  • Estimar costos de materiales y plazos de entrega, defendiendo la estructura de precios ante el cliente y asegurando el margen de ganancia.
  • Gestionar inventarios y la planificación de proyectos a través de sistemas ERP.
  • Presentar avances y resultados financieros (usando Excel avanzado y PowerPoint) a la dirección general y coordinar con equipos remotos mediante plataformas digitales (Teams, Zoom).
