SUPERVISOR DE SERVICIO

Requisitos:

  • Educación Media Superior (carrera indistinta)
  • Experiencia previa en roles similares

Actividades:

  • Asesorar al técnico en el diagnóstico y reparación de la unidad que ingresa.
  • Supervisar, asignar y distribuir el trabajo de los técnicos.
  • Programar las labores a los técnicos en conjunto con el planeador.
  • Desarrollar personal a cargo
  • Validar la disponibilidad de partes (refacciones).
  • Gestionar las tarjetas y el pago de tiempo extra de los técnicos.
  • Validar que los técnicos trabajen con orden y limpieza.
  • Dar seguimiento y revisar expedientes de facturación, cotizaciones y solicitudes de refacciones.
  • Supervisar que los técnicos cuenten con el equipo de protección personal de acuerdo con el trabajo que vaya a realizar.
  • Verificar las maquinas en taller y los componentes.
  • Proporcionar al técnico la lista de inspección inicial de los puntos a verificar de acuerdo con el equipo.
  • Verificar los listados de piezas realizado por el técnico, supervisando que se pidan las reparaciones necesarias.
  • Controlar las devoluciones de refacciones al almacén de Refacciones (cada que se termina un trabajo).
  • Validar que las piezas surtidas o entregadas por almacén concuerden con el documento de petición.
  • Establecer el cumplimiento del plan de trabajo diario.
  • Proveer los recursos necesarios para que el mecánico realice las actividades programadas.
  • Fomentar la seguridad y protección física de los empleados del área correspondiente.
  • Programar inspección final de calidad realizada por el diagnosticador a todos los trabajos de reparación.
  • Contribuir con los puntos asignados dentro de la evaluación de control de contaminación.
  • Cumplir con verificaciones de utilitarios a su cargo
  • Tramitar permisos de acceso a instalaciones de cliente de técnicos a su cargo
  • Tramitar solicitud de pagos del seguro para enviarlos al cliente
  • Validar estado del parque vehicular
  • Participar en las capacitaciones asignadas por la empresa.
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos de las normas vigentes y próximas a adoptar.
