Se você tem perfil analítico, boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação, gosta de atuar com análise documental e na construção de soluções para regularização de imóveis, essa oportunidade é para você.

Buscamos uma pessoa com autonomia, responsabilidade e capacidade de analisar cenários fundiários, identificar pendências e propor alternativas para condução dos processos de regularização.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Analisar documentos fundiários e registros públicos, como matrículas, certidões, escrituras e demais documentos relacionados aos imóveis;
  • Elaborar análises e pareceres técnicos, identificando pendências, riscos e alternativas de regularização;
  • Propor e acompanhar estratégias de regularização fundiária nas esferas cartorial, cadastral, tributária e ambiental;
  • Conduzir reuniões técnicas e interagir diretamente com clientes para alinhamento de demandas e apresentação de resultados;
  • Realizar tratativas com cartórios, órgãos públicos, proprietários e demais envolvidos nos processos de regularização;
  • Apoiar equipes de campo e demais áreas técnicas com orientações e direcionamentos;
  • Acompanhar cronogramas, indicadores, metas e entregas dos projetos;
  • Reportar o andamento das atividades de forma clara, organizada e responsável;
  • Atuar em conformidade com os processos internos, políticas corporativas e código de cultura da empresa.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Formação técnica ou superior em Agrimensura, Geoprocessamento, Engenharia Cartográfica e de Agrimensura, Geografia, Direito, Engenharia Ambiental ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em atividades relacionadas à área fundiária;
  • Conhecimento em registros públicos e documentação imobiliária;
  • Capacidade de interpretar documentos e cenários fundiários e propor alternativas de regularização;
  • Conhecimento em cartografia e ferramentas de geoprocessamento;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas e plataformas de gestão fundiária, documental e de órgãos públicos e privados;
  • Domínio intermediário do Pacote Office;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, organização e autonomia na condução das atividades.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com processos de regularização fundiária de imóveis urbanos e/ou rurais;
  • Experiência em tratativas com cartórios e atendimento de notas devolutivas;
  • Conhecimento em documentação cadastral, dominial e fiscal de imóveis;
  • Conhecimento em legislação fundiária, registral, tributária e ambiental aplicada a imóveis;
  • Vivência com cronogramas físicos, dashboards, indicadores e acompanhamento de metas;
  • Experiência com negociação e relacionamento com clientes, proprietários e órgãos públicos e privados.
