O que você vai fazer:

  • Fechar negociações com leads qualificados por meio da aplicação de técnicas avançadas de vendas e persuasão, garantindo contratos sólidos;
  • Conduzir reuniões com leads, apresentando conteúdos técnicos ajustados ao perfil de cada cliente para consolidar a confiança e assegurar o fechamento;
  • Aplicar técnicas de contorno de objeções comerciais e negociação de condições;
  • Gerenciar o processo de assinatura de contratos, acompanhando todas as etapas até a formalização do acordo;
  • Registrar interações e manter os dados 100% atualizados no CRM durante as etapas do processo comercial;
  • Acompanhar o onboarding inicial após o fechamento, garantindo transição adequada para o time de implantação;
  • Colaborar com a equipe de marketing para alinhamento de campanhas e geração de leads;
  • Gerar relatórios de vendas, previsões e análises de pipeline para apoiar o planejamento comercial;
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell durante as negociações;
  • Seguir os processos comerciais, scripts, cadências e playbooks definidos pela empresa.
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento estratégico com parceiros de negócios, ampliando oportunidades comerciais.

O que você precisa saber:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
  • Cursos complementares em vendas B2B ou técnicas de prospecção (desejável);
  • Experiência em prospecção e fechamento de vendas SaaS;
  • Experiência com sistemas de CRM;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de comunicação e prospecção;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas avançadas de vendas;
  • Experiência na elaboração de propostas comerciais;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de vendas;
  • Comunicação clara, proatividade, autonomia, foco em resultados e tomada de decisão estratégica
  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou soluções corporativas.
