Resumo das atividades:

Responsável por mapear, prospectar novos parceiros comerciais e realizar a manutenção de atuais parceiros, além de treinar produtos e dar suporte aos corretores de imóveis independentes e ligados a imobiliárias.

Descrição das atividades:

  1. Realizar pesquisa e prospecção de imobiliárias na região Araçoiaba da Serra
  2. Realizar visitas para aproximação e apresentação dos empreendimentos aos gestores de imobiliárias que ainda não trabalham com a Ábaco Urbanizadora;
  3. Realizar visita e treinamento dos empreendimentos aos corretores nas lojas das novas imobiliárias, com vídeo e apresentação padrão sobre a Ábaco, e diferenciais do empreendimento;
  4. Realizar o treinamento padrão do sistema para os gestores e corretores de novas imobiliárias;
  5. Acompanhar corretores de imóveis e seus clientes em visitas a central de vendas, dar suporte a simulações, propostas e documentação no sistema;
  6. Acompanhar reservas, propostas, contratos, pagamentos de boletos com os corretores;
  7. Gerar relatório de atividades semanais detalhadas, relatório analítico, relatório das Imobiliárias e Rotina Semanal;
  8. Desenvolver planejamento de Ofertas Ativas e pequenos eventos com gestores de imobiliárias externas, sempre de acordo com a orientação do superintendente;
  9. Solicitar cadastro de corretores e imobiliárias a secretária para liberação de login;
  10. Acompanhar e esclarecer dúvidas e pendências dos corretores de imóveis no sistema;
  11. Realizar manutenção e controle diário do sistem: Reservas, Propostas, Análises de Crédito, Contratos e Pagamentos;
  12. Realizar mineração de dados de concorrentes para ofertas ativas nas imobiliárias;
  13. Resolver pendências relacionadas a contratos de corretores.

Requisitos

  1. Experiência no setor imobiliário ou comercial;
  2. Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas nas regiões de atuação.
