Resumo:

Prestará suporte administrativo geral às diferentes áreas da empresa contratante, atuando de forma flexível no atendimento das demandas e pendências operacionais e administrativas, conforme prioridades definidas pela gestão

Descrição das atividades:

- Orçamentos e compras;

- Coleta de assinaturas e trâmites de registro (prestações de contas, atas, ofícios, contratos);

- Apoio no atendimento geral de associados, corretores, prestadores e diretorias via Chat, WhatsApp, e-mail e Winker App;

- Apoio na emissão de notificações e multas;

- Apoio na comunicação geral (elaboração de comunicados institucionais);

- Elaboração de documentos gerais (atas, planilhas, enquetes);

- Apoio na organização de reuniões, assembleias e viagens;

- Apoio na execução de assembleias e reuniões institucionais;

- Apoio em rotinas administrativas gerais.

Requisitos:

  1. Superior completo ou cursando ensino superior em Administração ou áreas afins
  2. Necessário possuir conhecimento no Pacote Office; Excel

**** cursos/experiência relacionados com a área de condomínios/associações será um DIFERENCIAL
