Descrição do cargo:

O Assistente de Controle de Qualidade Microbiológico é responsável pela execução direta de análises microbiológicas de rotina no laboratório de Controle de Qualidade, garantindo a confiabilidade dos resultados e o cumprimento dos protocolos estabelecidos.

Principais Atividades:

- Atua na realização de ensaios quantitativos e qualitativos, incluindo preparo e execução de diluições seriadas, técnicas de espalhamento em placa (spread plate), plaqueamento, incubação e contagem de colônias (UFC/mL). É responsável também pela contagem de estruturas microbiológicas em câmara de Neubauer, quando aplicável, assegurando precisão e rastreabilidade dos dados obtidos.

- Opera microscópio óptico para avaliação morfológica, verificação de pureza, identificação preliminar de estruturas fúngicas e bacterianas, e análise de lâminas preparadas no laboratório.

- Apoia o Analista de Controle de Qualidade na leitura e contagem de placas microbiológicas, registro e conferência de resultados em planilhas eletrônicas e sistemas online, garantindo integridade, organização e rastreabilidade das informações.

- Executa protocolos específicos inerentes ao Controle de Qualidade, conforme procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs), incluindo testes de pureza, verificação de contaminação, preparo de meios de cultura e controle ambiental quando aplicável.

- Deve atuar com rigor técnico, atenção aos detalhes, disciplina em biossegurança e comprometimento com a confiabilidade dos resultados, contribuindo diretamente para a tomada de decisão sobre a aprovação ou reprovação de lotes produtivos.
