Responsabilidades da vaga:

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos eletromecânicos, identificando falhas, substituindo peças defeituosas e realizando ajustes quando necessário;
  • Interpretar diagramas elétricos, manuais técnicos e especificações para diagnosticar problemas e efetuar reparos;
  • Executar testes elétricos e mecânicos em componentes e sistemas para garantir a qualidade e o funcionamento adequado;
  • Realizar instalações de equipamentos eletromecânicos, seguindo as normas e os padrões técnicos estabelecidos;
  • Colaborar com a equipe de engenharia na identificação de melhorias nos sistemas e processos;
  • Participar de inspeções e manutenções programadas, garantindo a integridade dos sistemas e a conformidade com regulamentos;
  • Diagnosticar problemas complexos e propor soluções inovadoras para otimizar o desempenho dos equipamentos;
  • Aconselhar os operadores sobre as melhores práticas de operação e manutenção para prolongar a vida útil dos equipamentos;
  • Manter registros precisos de manutenções realizadas, peças substituídas e testes efetuados;
  • Cumprir todas as normas de segurança e regulamentos durante as atividades de manutenção.

Requisitos e Diferencial:

  • Formação técnica em Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica, ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência prévia em manutenção de sistemas e equipamentos eletromecânicos.
  • Conhecimento sólido em eletricidade, mecânica e leitura de diagramas elétricos.
  • Habilidade para utilizar ferramentas e equipamentos de diagnóstico e reparo.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e pensamento analítico.
  • Familiaridade com normas de segurança industrial e regulamentos.
  • Boas habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de documentar atividades de manutenção.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos alternados e em situações de emergência.
  • Disponibilidade para viajar.
  • Certificações em áreas relevantes serão consideradas como um diferencial.
