The posting

O/A Assistente de Operações E-Commerce JR. será responsável por apoiar as etapas da operação de vendas do E-commerce e marketplaces, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento dos processos e para a melhor experiência de compra e entrega dos clientes.

Atuará no suporte ao relacionamento com as lojas que possuem operação de E-commerce, auxiliando na comunicação, orientação, identificação de melhorias e resolução de eventuais problemas operacionais. Também apoiará o acompanhamento do pipeline de melhorias, inovações de mercado, benchmarks, evoluções tecnológicas e elaboração de relatórios e apresentações de resultados com indicadores operacionais.

Entre as principais responsabilidades estão apoiar a organização dos fluxos da área, acompanhar indicadores das lojas, contribuir para uma comunicação eficiente entre o departamento de E-commerce e a rede de lojas e auxiliar na identificação de problemas, oportunidades de melhoria e correções de rota.

Principais atividades:

Apoiar as operações de vendas do E-commerce e marketplaces;

Apoiar o relacionamento com as lojas que possuem operação de E-commerce;

Auxiliar na comunicação e orientação das lojas em relação às operações online;

Apoiar o departamento de E-commerce na identificação e resolução de problemas operacionais;

Acompanhar o pipeline de melhorias operacionais;

Apoiar o levantamento de inovações e realização de benchmarks;

Apoiar melhorias tecnológicas relacionadas às ferramentas e aplicativos de gestão operacional;

Acompanhar indicadores operacionais das lojas;

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e apresentações de resultados;

Auxiliar na organização dos fluxos da área;

Contribuir para o fortalecimento da comunicação e do relacionamento entre o departamento de E-commerce e as lojas;

Identificar problemas e oportunidades de melhoria, apoiando o direcionamento das resoluções e correções de rota.

Requisitos:

Conhecimento em operações de E-commerce e/ou marketplaces;

Conhecimento em rotinas operacionais e acompanhamento de processos;

Conhecimento em indicadores e elaboração de relatórios;

Capacidade de identificar problemas e oportunidades de melhoria;

Conhecimento em ferramentas e aplicativos de gestão operacional será considerado um diferencial;
