The posting

Vaga CSC - Plurix. Atuar na prevenção de acidentes e na promoção da segurança em 14 unidades de varejo alimentar na região de Campo Mourão/PR (Campo Mourão, Pitanga, Ivaiporã, Assis Chateaubriand, Goioerê, Manoel Ribas e Ubiratã). O profissional será responsável por visitas às lojas, inspeções, treinamentos, acompanhamento da CIPA e gestão das rotinas de SST, atuando em um ambiente dinâmico e com diferentes áreas operacionais.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Realizar inspeções de segurança nas unidades, identificando riscos e acompanhando planos de ação.
  • Atuar na prevenção de acidentes em áreas como açougue, padaria, cozinha, hortifrúti, depósito, recebimento, câmaras frias, loja e estacionamento.
  • Orientar colaboradores e gestores sobre segurança, EPIs, ergonomia e procedimentos seguros.
  • Acompanhar riscos específicos do varejo, como cortes, queimaduras, quedas, movimentação de cargas, uso de máquinas e equipamentos, exposição ao frio e produtos químicos.
  • Investigar acidentes e incidentes, identificando causas e propondo medidas corretivas.
  • Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e procedimentos internos.
  • Acompanhar programas e documentos de SST, como PGR e PCMSO.
  • Acompanhar a CIPA, apoiando eleições, reuniões, treinamentos, inspeções e planos de ação.
  • Realizar integrações, DDS, treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização.
  • Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores de segurança.
  • Realizar visitas e viagens frequentes entre as unidades.

Requisitos ou Qualificações

  • Formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Registro profissional ativo conforme legislação vigente.
  • Experiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Conhecimento das NRs, PGR, PCMSO e CIPA.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para conduzir treinamentos.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado, prático e com capacidade de atuar próximo às equipes operacionais.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens entre as unidades.
  • CNH B.
  • Desejável experiência em varejo alimentar.
