* Objetivo do trabalho: O zelador é responsável por manter a limpeza, organização e conservação dos ambientes da empresa. Este papel é fundamental para garantir um espaço de trabalho agradável e seguro para todos os colaboradores e clientes, contribuindo assim para a experiência positiva que o Grupo Amigão busca oferecer.

* Responsabilidades: - Realiza a limpeza e conservação das instalações e áreas externas da empresa, seguindo cronograma de atividades para garantir ambientes sempre limpos e organizados. - Executa a coleta de lixo, reposição de materiais de higiene e limpeza e cuida do correto descarte de resíduos, assegurando a saúde e segurança dos colaboradores. - Reporta à supervisão sobre necessidades de manutenção das instalações, possibilitando a resolução oportuna de problemas. - Trabalha em conjunto com outros colaboradores para assegurar que o ambiente esteja sempre preparado para atender os clientes da melhor forma. - Segue normas de segurança e saúde no trabalho, garantindo não apenas a própria segurança, mas também a de todos os que frequentam as dependências da empresa.

* Qualificações: - Conhecimento prático em técnicas de limpeza e conservação de ambientes. - Habilidade em seguir instruções e trabalhar de forma autônoma e em equipe. - Capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes. - Boa comunicação para interagir com outros colaboradores e gerenciar relatórios simples.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Fundamental completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções de limpeza ou conservação será considerada um diferencial. Não é necessário experiência formal; candidatos com experiência em atividades informais de zeladoria ou limpeza serão considerados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em rotinas de limpeza, familiaridade com produtos de limpeza e equipamentos. Exposição a ambientes de trabalho e a capacidade de seguir normas e procedimentos de saúde e segurança.
