The posting

Buscamos um Analista de Custos para atuar nas operações florestais e industriais, abrangendo o plantio de eucalipto, a colheita, a picagem e o transporte de biomassa, além da fabricação dos Automatizadores Comber. O profissional será responsável por apurar e analisar custos operacionais e de produção, acompanhar desvios, apoiar a elaboração de orçamentos e a formação de preços, contribuindo para a melhoria dos resultados.

Principais Responsabilidades

Operações Florestais

  • Apurar e analisar os custos de preparo do solo, plantio, tratos culturais, colheita, picagem, carregamento e transporte de biomassa.
  • Acompanhar gastos com insumos, mão de obra, combustíveis, manutenção, máquinas, frota e serviços terceirizados.
  • Analisar custos por fazenda, talhão, etapa operacional e centro de custos.
  • Monitorar indicadores de custo por hectare, metro cúbico, tonelada e hora-máquina.
  • Acompanhar estoques e movimentações de madeira e biomassa, considerando volumes, perdas, umidade e rendimento.
  • Identificar desvios de consumo e produtividade junto às equipes operacionais.

Operações Industriais

  • Apurar custos por projeto, equipamento e ordem de produção dos Automatizadores Comber.
  • Acompanhar custos de materiais, componentes elétricos e mecânicos, mão de obra, engenharia, montagem e serviços terceirizados.
  • Avaliar custos de instalação e comissionamento, quando aplicáveis.
  • Comparar custos orçados e realizados, identificando desvios de materiais, horas trabalhadas e serviços.
  • Apoiar a elaboração de orçamentos e a formação de preços, considerando custos e margens.
  • Acompanhar estoques, produtos em elaboração e equipamentos acabados, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis.

Gestão e Controle de Custos

  • Realizar o fechamento mensal de custos em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis.
  • Estruturar e revisar centros de custos, critérios de rateio e controles de apropriação.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e análises de resultados por operação e projeto.
  • Participar do planejamento orçamentário e da atualização das projeções de custos.
  • Validar informações com as equipes de campo, engenharia, produção, compras, logística e financeiro.
  • Propor melhorias nos processos de registro, controle e análise de informações.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em apuração e análise de custos em operações industriais, florestais ou agroindustriais.
  • Conhecimento em custos diretos e indiretos, fixos e variáveis, centros de custos e critérios de rateio.
  • Conhecimento em custeio por ordem de produção ou projeto.
  • Experiência com fechamento de custos, controle de estoques e análise entre orçado e realizado.
  • Excel avançado e facilidade para trabalhar com bases de dados.
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP.
  • Disponibilidade para acompanhar operações em campo e na indústria.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com plantio de eucalipto, colheita mecanizada, picagem e transporte de biomassa.
  • Vivência em indústrias de máquinas, equipamentos, automação ou fabricação sob encomenda.
  • Conhecimento em listas de materiais, apontamento de horas e controle de ordens de produção.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e Power Query.
  • Experiência na implantação ou estruturação de controles de custos.
  • Conhecimento em custos de frota, máquinas e equipamentos.
