The posting

O comprador será responsável por planejar, executar e acompanhar o processo de aquisição de materiais e serviços, garantindo o abastecimento adequado das unidades do grupo, com foco em qualidade, custo e prazo. Atuará de forma integrada com as áreas internas, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e a otimização de recursos.

Principais responsabilidades:

Planejamento de compras de todas as unidades do grupo, com base na análise de demanda e integração com as áreas de logística, manutenção e contas a pagar;

Realização de cotações, negociação com fornecedores e lançamento de pedidos no sistema, assegurando o abastecimento mensal;

Pesquisa, desenvolvimento e análise de fornecedores, avaliando propostas comerciais, prazos e condições de fornecimento;

Emissão e acompanhamento de ordens de compra, garantindo retorno sobre prazos de entrega e alinhamento com as áreas envolvidas;

Monitoramento contínuo dos estoques, verificando níveis mínimos e necessidade de reposição;

Acompanhamento do status dos pedidos, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e atuando na resolução de problemas logísticos;

Análise de demandas urgentes e execução de atividades administrativas relacionadas ao setor, visando melhoria da fluidez dos processos.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo (desejável ensino superior em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas);

Trabalho em equipe;

Análise de mercado e fornecedores

Coerência;

Resolução de problemas;

Técnicas de negociação e cotação de preços;

Experiência de 1 a 3 anos na área de compras
