Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimento diário aos motoristas e clientes, por meio dos canais de comunicação da empresa, esclarecendo dúvidas e tratando demandas relacionadas às operações de transporte, cargas e descargas.
  • Realizar a emissão e conferência de notas fiscais eletrônicas de venda, remessa e transporte, garantindo a conformidade das informações fiscais e operacionais.
  • Executar atividades de faturamento, incluindo emissão de documentos fiscais e boletos bancários, bem como o encaminhamento e acompanhamento da documentação aos clientes.
  • Controlar e atualizar planilhas de faturamento, registrando notas fiscais emitidas, dados de motoristas, veículos e movimentações, garantindo a rastreabilidade das operações.
  • Realizar lançamentos e validações de notas fiscais no sistema de produção, assegurando a consistência das informações para o controle operacional e pagamento das viagens.
  • Acompanhar agendamentos de cargas e descargas, verificando pendências documentais e operacionais para garantir o andamento das atividades logísticas.
  • Manter comunicação e alinhamento com as áreas de faturamento, logística e transporte, contribuindo para a fluidez dos processos.
  • Prestar suporte e orientação aos colaboradores da equipe, especialmente durante processos de integração e adaptação às rotinas do setor.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável);
  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas e de faturamento;
  • Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office;
  • Experiência com emissão e conferência de documentos fiscais;
  • Conhecimento em análise e validação de informações fiscais e operacionais;
  • Boa comunicação para atendimento a clientes e motoristas;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de gestão de prioridades;
  • Proatividade, foco em resultados e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 12x36.
