Buscamos profissional para atuar como Assistente Administrativo na equipe de Planejamento Florestal, apoiando as rotinas de controle, conferência e tratamento dos apontamentos operacionais. O profissional será responsável por garantir a consistência, atualização e confiabilidade das informações utilizadas no acompanhamento das operações, realizando conferências, correções, atualizações de controles e contato com as equipes operacionais sempre que necessário.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar o acompanhamento e a conferência diária dos apontamentos operacionais;
  • Identificar boletins incompletos, inconsistências, divergências e informações pendentes;
  • Realizar ajustes e correções nos registros, conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos;
  • Entrar em contato com operadores e responsáveis para esclarecimento e regularização dos apontamentos;
  • Acompanhar as pendências até a sua efetiva resolução;
  • Atualizar planilhas, sistemas e controles internos da área;
  • Apoiar a consolidação das informações utilizadas na elaboração de indicadores e relatórios do Planejamento Florestal;
  • Realizar conferências e cruzamentos de informações, garantindo maior confiabilidade dos dados;
  • Organizar e manter atualizados os registros e documentos relacionados às operações;
  • Apoiar as demais rotinas administrativas da área relacionadas ao controle e acompanhamento operacional;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria e organização dos processos de controle e tratamento das informações operacionais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Desejável ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Facilidade com sistemas informatizados;
  • Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação para contato com operadores e equipes de campo;
  • Capacidade de identificar inconsistências e buscar a correção das informações;
  • Proatividade e responsabilidade;
  • Disposição para aprendizado.
