Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar nas rotinas administrativas, financeiras e contábeis em um de nossos clientes, que vive um forte momento de expansão e crescimento.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar o controle, a conferência e a programação de pagamentos;
  • Efetuar lançamentos e baixas de títulos no SAP Business One;
  • Acompanhar vencimentos e assegurar o pagamento das obrigações dentro dos prazos;
  • Elaborar, atualizar e analisar o fluxo de caixa;
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e financeiras;
  • Conferir notas fiscais, boletos, contratos e documentos de suporte; Manter contato com fornecedores e áreas internas para solucionar divergências;
  • Elaborar controles, relatórios financeiros e indicadores em Excel;
  • Apoiar o fechamento financeiro e contábil mensal;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos e controles internos da área.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com integração bancária, arquivos CNAB, remessas, retornos e pagamentos eletrônicos;
  • Vivência com grande volume de pagamentos e atuação em empresas com múltiplas unidades ou centros de custo;
  • Conhecimento em retenções tributárias aplicáveis aos pagamentos de fornecedores;
  • Experiência com orçamento, projeções financeiras e análise de realizado versus previsto;
  • Conhecimento de Power BI ou outras ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados;
  • Experiência com automação de rotinas financeiras e melhoria de processos;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores financeiros e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;
  • Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos, com interação constante entre as áreas financeira, contábil, fiscal, compras e operações;
  • Familiaridade com políticas de compliance e controles internos.
  • Graduação (Bacharelado) completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Áreas correlatas;
  • Sólida experiência em rotinas de contas a pagar;
  • Conhecimento avançado dos módulos financeiros do SAP Business One;
  • Excel em nível intermediário;
  • Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa;
  • Conhecimento em conciliações financeiras, programação de pagamentos e controles bancários;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes;
  • Capacidade de cumprir prazos e trabalhar com alto volume de informações.
