Buscamos um(a) Líder Técnico (Tech Lead) com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de sistemas Web e capacidade para atuar na liderança técnica de equipes, apoiando decisões de arquitetura, qualidade das soluções e evolução dos desenvolvedores.

O seu desafio será:

Liderar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento e a evolução de sistemas Web, atuando na definição de arquiteturas e integrações, revisão de soluções e orientação do time, garantindo qualidade, segurança e boas práticas durante todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento.

Principais responsabilidades:

- Liderar tecnicamente equipes de desenvolvimento em ambientes ágeis; - Definir e revisar arquiteturas e soluções técnicas; - Desenvolver e apoiar a evolução de aplicações Web; - Orientar desenvolvedores e realizar revisões técnicas; - Atuar na construção e integração de APIs e microsserviços; - Apoiar práticas de DevOps e DevSecOps; - Garantir boas práticas de desenvolvimento, segurança, integração e qualidade das aplicações.

- Graduação na área de Tecnologia da Informação; ou graduação em qualquer área com pós-graduação em TI, reconhecida pelo MEC; - Solida experiência em desenvolvimento de sistemas Web; - Solida experiência exercendo funções de liderança técnica; - Experiência com Java e desenvolvimento de aplicações Web; - Conhecimento em frameworks front-end, como Angular ou equivalentes; - Domínio de arquitetura MVC; - Experiência com APIs SOAP e RESTful; - Conhecimento em arquitetura de microsserviços e integração entre sistemas; - Experiência com DevOps e DevSecOps; - Conhecimento em bancos relacionais e NoSQL, como Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL e MongoDB; - Conhecimento em armazenamento de objetos e dados não estruturados, como MinIO ou soluções compatíveis com S3; - Experiência com liderança técnica de equipes ágeis, revisão de soluções e orientação de desenvolvedores.
