Misión

El auxiliar de cocina es responsable de apoyar en la preparación de alimentos y elaboraciones, así como en la organización general de la cocina, contribuyendo a mantener un entorno de trabajo ágil, limpio, ordenado y eficiente que permita ofrecer un servicio de calidad en cada evento.

Funciones principales

• Apoyar en la preparación de alimentos (pelado, corte, porcionado, mise en place, etc.)

• Colaborar en tareas de preelaboración y elaboración de platos bajo supervisión

• Preparar y organizar ingredientes, utensilios y estaciones de trabajo

• Asistir en el montaje de platos y tareas básicas de servicio

• Mantener el orden y la limpieza de la cocina y zonas de trabajo

• Lavar utensilios, equipos y material de cocina cuando sea necesario

• Apoyar en la reposición de productos y materiales durante el servicio

• Cumplir con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria

• Colaborar en la recogida, limpieza y organización tras el servicio o evento

Perfil requerido

• Valorable experiencia previa en cocina o catering

• Persona organizada, dinámica y responsable

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo

• Agilidad y rapidez en la ejecución de tareas

• Buena actitud, compromiso y disposición para tareas operativas (incluyendo limpieza cuando sea

necesario)

• Capacidad de adaptación a la agenda del centro de trabajo: de lunes a domingo con turnos rotativos
