Misión

El encargado de eventos de catering y cocinero es responsable de la ejecución integral de los eventos fuera de cocina central, combinando funciones operativas de cocina con la coordinación general del servicio, asegurando calidad, organización y una experiencia excelente para el cliente.

Funciones principales

  • Coordinar la operativa completa del evento en ubicación externa
  • Supervisar el montaje de cocina, espacios de servicio y áreas de trabajo
  • Ejecutar y finalizar elaboraciones in situ, garantizando calidad y presentación
  • Dirigir y coordinar al equipo de cocina y apoyo durante el evento
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de servicio
  • Verificar que todo el material y producto necesario esté disponible y en buen estado
  • Controlar la calidad final de los platos antes de su salida
  • Resolver incidencias operativas de forma ágil durante el servicio
  • Coordinarse con logística y cocina central para asegurar el correcto desarrollo
  • Coordinarse con el maitre durante el evento
  • Mantener estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria
  • Resolver imprevistos de última hora, dietas especiales…

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia en cocina y en gestión de eventos o catering
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos
  • Perfil operativo, resolutivo y orientado a resultados
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en entornos dinámicos
  • Organización, autonomía y toma de decisionesCompromiso con la calidad y el servicio al cliente
  • Capacidad de adaptación a la agenda del centro de trabajo: de lunes a domingo por turnos rotativos
