Objetivo do trabalho

O Assistente Administrativo de Operações Júnior é responsável por apoiar as atividades administrativas do setor operacional da empresa, garantindo o fluxo eficiente de informações e documentos.

A função envolve suporte em processos logísticos e administrativos, colaborando para a organização e otimização das operações do dia a dia. O profissional atuará em um ambiente dinâmico, contribuindo para a excelência no atendimento ao cliente e o bom funcionamento das atividades logísticas.

Responsabilidades

  • Auxiliar na organização e no arquivamento de documentos operacionais, assegurando fácil acesso e conformidade com as políticas da empresa.
  • Apoiar na atualização e no controle de planilhas, dentro do sistema utilizado pela empresa, para facilitar a gestão de informações.
  • Colaborar na comunicação entre as equipes e os departamentos, assegurando que informações críticas sejam disseminadas de maneira eficaz.
  • Responsabilidade principal: realizar o inventário diário do estoque.
  • Realizar atividades de suporte administrativo, como agendamento de reuniões e atendimento a solicitações internas, de forma a manter a fluidez das operações.

Qualificações

  • Conhecimento geral em operações logísticas e processos administrativos, com familiaridade suficiente para realizar tarefas básicas e apoiar a equipe.
  • Habilidades em informática, com aptidão para utilização de ferramentas como planilhas eletrônicas e softwares de gestão.
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto escrita quanto verbal, para interação com diferentes setores da empresa.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e demonstrar iniciativa na resolução de problemas simples que surgirem nas atividades diárias.

Qualificações educacionais

Ensino médio completo é obrigatório. Estar cursando ou possuir graduação completa em áreas relacionadas, como Administração, Logística ou áreas afins, será considerado um diferencial.

Experiências profissionais

Experiência anterior em atividades administrativas ou logísticas, mesmo que em estágio ou programas de trainee, será um diferencial para a candidatura.

Conhecimentos e habilidades

Conhecimento prático em rotinas administrativas e operacionais, sendo capaz de lidar com tarefas básicas no dia a dia e se adaptar às demandas da equipe.
