* Objetivo do trabalho: O assistente de departamento de pessoal tem a responsabilidade de apoiar a gestão de processos relacionados a funcionários e colaboradores da empresa. Isso inclui a execução de tarefas administrativas, controle de registros e apoio na resolução de questões relacionadas a folha de pagamento e benefícios. O objetivo principal é garantir a conformidade legal e a eficiência operacional dentro do departamento.

* Responsabilidades:

- Executar atividades de admissão e desligamento de colaboradores, assegurando que toda a documentação necessária esteja completa e em conformidade.

- Controlar o ponto eletrônico e realizar o lançamento de horas trabalhadas, a fim de garantir a precisão nas informações de folha de pagamento.

- Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais sobre a movimentação de pessoal, identificando possíveis inconsistências e propondo melhorias.

- Fornecer suporte no atendimento a colaboradores quanto a dúvidas de folha de pagamento, benefícios e demais questões relacionadas ao departamento de pessoal.

- Manter arquivos e registros atualizados, assegurando a confidencialidade das informações.

- Colaborar na implementação de processos e políticas que visem a eficiência do departamento e o bem-estar dos colaboradores.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em legislação trabalhista e rotinas de departamento de pessoal.

- Habilidades em informática, especialmente em planilhas e softwares de gestão de pessoas.

- Capacidade de comunicação efetiva e resolução de problemas.

- Proatividade e organização são essenciais para o sucesso na função.

* Qualificações educacionais: Nível superior em Ciências Contabeis, Administração de Empresas, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas, concluído.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior na área de departamento de pessoal é um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em processos de admissão e demissão, rotinas de folha de pagamento e benefícios, além de familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de pessoal. Habilidade para lidar com questões humanas e administrativas, prestando suporte efetivo aos colaboradores.
