* Objetivo do trabalho: O Coordenador de Recursos Humanos é responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias que promovam a gestão e o desenvolvimento do capital humano da empresa. O objetivo é garantir a eficácia das práticas de Recursos Humanos, alinhando-as aos objetivos organizacionais e contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho positivo e produtivo. Este profissional atuará como elo entre as lideranças e as equipes, promovendo engajamento e desenvolvimento contínuo.

* Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar os processos seletivos do início ao fim (alinhamento de perfil, divulgação, triagem, entrevistas e negociação de propostas).
  • Integração de novos colaboradores (onboarding).
  • Mapear necessidades de capacitação e acompanhar os indicadores de desenvolvimento da equipe.
  • Executar ações de endomarketing, eventos corporativos e datas comemorativas.
  • Atuar como parceira estratégica das lideranças, oferecendo suporte em gestão de pessoas, mediação de conflitos, feedbacks e reestruturações de equipe.
  • Acompanhar e gerenciar indicadores-chave de RH (KPIs), como turnover (rotatividade), absenteísmo, tempo médio de contratação e custo de benefícios.

* Qualificações:

  • Escolaridade: Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Experiência prévia comprovada na área generalista de RH, com atuação em nível de coordenação ou analista sênior.
  • Domínio dos subsistemas de RH (Atração, T&D, Clima e DP).
  • Conhecimento atualizado das leis trabalhistas (CLT).
  • Pacote Office intermediário/avançado (foco em Excel para análise de dados).
  • Visão Sistêmica e Estratégica: Capacidade de entender o impacto do RH no negócio.
  • Comunicação Assertiva e Empatia: Facilidade para transitar entre a operação e a diretoria.
  • Resolução de Problemas e Mediação: Habilidade para gerenciar conflitos e tomar decisões sob pressão.
  • Organização e Autonomia: Capacidade de priorizar demandas e gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
