Coordenador Operacional

Local de atuação: Aparecida de Goiânia – GO

Objetivo do cargo

Garantir a organização, eficiência, produtividade e qualidade das operações, coordenando equipes, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho e apoiando o planejamento operacional. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, visando à otimização dos processos e ao alcance dos resultados estabelecidos pela empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar a equipe operacional, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando a execução das atividades diárias.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos, padrões de qualidade, produtividade e prazos estabelecidos.
  • Apoiar o gerente no planejamento, organização e controle das operações.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e elaborar relatórios gerenciais.
  • Identificar desvios operacionais e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Propor melhorias contínuas para otimizar processos, recursos e resultados.
  • Orientar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo o engajamento e o cumprimento das metas.
  • Garantir a integração entre as áreas envolvidas nas atividades operacionais.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ter atuado com Sementes
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão, Engenharia, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência profissional superior a 5 anos.
  • Experiência comprovada em liderança e coordenação de equipes.
  • Vivência em planejamento, organização e controle operacional.
  • Experiência no acompanhamento de indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e desempenho.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração e análise de relatórios operacionais.
  • Disponibilidade para residir em Aparecida de Goiânia – GO.
