* Objetivo do trabalho: O especialista de inventário é responsável por garantir a precisão dos registros de estoque e a integridade das operações de inventário. O trabalho envolve o suporte ao processo de controle de materiais, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e a minimização de perdas de mais de 14 armazéns da Kothe Logistíca. Esta função é essencial para assegurar que as operações logísticas da empresa funcionem de maneira fluida e eficaz.

* Responsabilidades:

• Realizar, monitorar e coordenar contagens cíclicas, rotativas e inventários gerais, assegurando conformidade com políticas internas e requisitos de auditoria.

• Analisar divergências de estoque, identificar causas raiz e propor planos de ação para correção e prevenção.

• Validar ajustes de estoque, garantindo que alterações estejam devidamente justificadas, registradas e alinhadas entre as áreas envolvidas (Operações, Fiscal, Controladoria).

• Construir e manter indicadores de acuracidade, confiabilidade de dados e performance do inventário.

• Conduzir auditorias internas em processos de armazenagem, separação, recebimento, expedição e inventário.

• Atuar como referência técnica para operadores, conferentes e analistas, promovendo padronização e fortalecimento dos controles operacionais.

• Criar e manter instruções de trabalho, procedimentos e controles relacionados ao processo de inventário.

• Apoiar unidades e filiais na execução correta dos processos de inventário, garantindo aderência aos padrões corporativos.

• Conduzir treinamentos técnicos de inventário para equipes operacionais e administrativas.

* Qualificações educacionais:

Ensino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

* Qualificações:

• Vivência sólida com processos de inventário, auditorias de estoque e rotinas de armazenagem.

• Experiência com análise de divergências e identificação de causas raiz.

• Atuação com sistemas WMS/ERP, preferencialmente SAP e/ou Sankhya.

• Experiência em elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores (KPIs).

• Vivência em operações logísticas ou industriais com grande volume de SKU é diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático de práticas de inventário e controle de estoque, além de familiaridade com ferramentas de informática que auxiliem no registro e análise de dados.
