* Objetivo do trabalho: O Supervisor Operacional Júnior é responsável por garantir a eficiência das operações logísticas, supervisionando as equipes em atividades diárias. Este profissional atuará no acompanhamento dos processos operacionais, visando a satisfação dos clientes e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas. Sua função é fundamental para manter a integração entre as diversas áreas da empresa e assegurar a qualidade dos serviços prestados.

* Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar o recebimento, a armazenagem, a movimentação e a expedição de sementes em ambiente de temperatura e umidade controladas;
  • Recebimento e expedição
  • Programar descargas e carregamentos, priorizando a agilidade para reduzir a exposição do produto fora do ambiente controlado.
  • Garantir a conferência física por lote, cultivar, peneira e quantidade, confrontando com a nota fiscal e os documentos do cliente.
  • Inspecionar embalagens (sacas, big bags) e identificar avarias, umidade, rasgos ou contaminação, registrando e tratando divergências.
  • Verificar as condições dos veículos (limpeza, lona, ausência de umidade e de odores ou resíduos químicos) antes do carregamento.
  • Assegurar que cada expedição saia com o lote correto, conforme a ordem do cliente e a documentação exigida.
  • Armazenagem e rastreabilidade
  • Manter o endereçamento por cliente, cultura, cultivar e lote, sem mistura entre lotes.
  • Coordenar inventários rotativos e gerais, investigar divergências e garantir que todas as movimentações estejam registradas no sistema.
  • Assegurar a rastreabilidade completa de cada lote, da entrada à saída.
  • Distribuir as tarefas diárias conforme a programação de cargas e descargas.
  • Controlar frequência, horas extras e banco de horas.
  • Dar feedbacks e acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.
  • Auxiliar no planejamento operacional.

* Qualificações:

- Superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

- Experiência em armazenagem e operações logísticas ou de produção;

- Experiência em gestão de pessoas;

- Experiência com sistemas WMS ou de gestão de estoque;

- Experiência com indicadores operacionais;

- Experiência com 5S, melhoria contínua e padronização de processos.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em funções operacionais ou de supervisão na área de logística. Estágios e práticas profissionais na área são bem-vindos e considerados diferenciais.
