Sobre a vaga

Buscamos alguém que goste de colocar a mão na massa e acompanhar o produto do começo ao fim: do desmontar para entender até a linha de montagem rodando com eficiência. Você será peça-chave para garantir que novos produtos cheguem à produção com processos claros, bem documentados e em conformidade com o PPB.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar engenharia reversa de novos produtos para entender componentes, montagem e oportunidades de nacionalização
  • Estruturar e cadastrar a B.O.M (lista de materiais) e a árvore de insumos no sistema da empresa
  • Desenvolver a linha de montagem posto a posto, definindo sequência de operações e balanceamento
  • Elaborar e manter instruções de trabalho claras e padronizadas para a operação
  • Definir e cronometrar tempos de processo, apoiando o planejamento da produção
  • Conduzir melhorias contínuas de processo, com foco em produtividade, qualidade e redução de perdas
  • Gerenciar o controle de ferramentas e dispositivos utilizados no processo produtivo
  • Interagir com fornecedores nacionais no desenvolvimento e na adequação de peças para atendimento ao PPB

Requisitos

  • Formação em Engenharia (Mecânica, Produção, Mecatrônica ou áreas afins)
  • Experiência com engenharia de processos e/ou produto em ambiente industrial de montagem
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de B.O.M e instruções de trabalho
  • Vivência com cronoanálise e balanceamento de linha
  • Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico
  • Pacote Office, com Excel intermediário ou avançado

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas do Polo Industrial de Manaus e conhecimento de PPB
  • Vivência com ERP (cadastro de estruturas de produto)
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM)
  • Software CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD ou similar)
  • Experiência no setor de bicicletas, motos, eletroeletrônicos ou mobilidade elétrica
