O teu papel na Medinfar

Como Cleaning Assistant vais zelar pelas boas condições de limpeza, lavagem, secagem e esterilização dos equipamentos e materiais, assegurando a conservação, organização e arrumação cumprindo os procedimentos internos e Boas Práticas de Fabrico, de forma a assegurar um ambiente produtivo seguro, eficiente e em conformidade com os requisitos da indústria farmacêutica.

Como vais fazer a diferença?

  • Higienização de áreas controladas: Executar operações de limpeza e higienização de salas e equipamentos, garantindo os padrões definidos.
  • Prevenção da contaminação cruzada: Assegurar que resíduos ou vestígios de lotes anteriores não comprometem a qualidade dos produtos subsequentes.
  • Gestão de resíduos: Efetuar a correta segregação e encaminhamento de resíduos para as áreas definidas.
  • Gestão de materiais e consumíveis: Garantir a disponibilização e o controlo dos materiais e consumíveis necessários às operações.
  • Cumprimento regulatório: Assegurar o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabrico (GMP) e dos procedimentos internos aplicáveis.
  • Rastreabilidade e documentação: Preencher corretamente registos, relatórios de limpeza e logbooks, assegurando a fiabilidade da informação. O que procuramos:
  • Escolaridade obrigatória.
  • Capacidade para cumprir procedimentos operacionais e seguir instruções escritas de forma rigorosa.
  • Conhecimentos de processos de higienização, nomeadamente Clean-in-Place (valorizado).
  • Facilidade no preenchimento de documentação, relatórios, registos de limpeza e logbooks.
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e compromisso com a qualidade.
  • Disciplina e integridade no cumprimento das normas de segurança, higiene e procedimentos internos.
  • Atenção ao detalhe e orientação para o rigor na execução das tarefas.
  • Resiliência e capacidade para executar atividades repetitivas mantendo elevados padrões de qualidade.
  • Espírito de equipa, proatividade e boa capacidade de organização.
