O teu papel na Medinfar

Como Finished Goods Planning Technician, vais pertencer à área de planeamento integrada na estrutura de Supply Chain e ter um papel essencial na gestão e planeamento de produto acabado de acordo com os níveis de stock e necessidades de abastecimento. Serás um elo crítico entre diferentes áreas, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e otimização de recursos.

Como vais fazer a diferença?

  • Planear e calendarizar as produções de produto acabado de acordo com os níveis de stock e as necessidades de abastecimento.
  • Acompanhar e otimizar em conjunto com o planeamento fabril, o plano de produção fabril de produto acabado.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos Lead Times (LT) das produções e acompanhar o desempenho OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • Agendar e coordenar as produções realizadas em fornecedores externos.
  • Atualizar stocks de seguranças de produtos acabados.
  • Monitorizar e analisar KPIs de stockouts, propondo ações de melhoria.
  • Colaborar com as áreas de Produção, Compras, Logística e Qualidade para assegurar a disponibilidade dos produtos.
  • Identificar riscos de abastecimento e implementar medidas preventivas para minimizar impactos na operação.

O que procuramos?

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Logística, Engenharia ou área similar
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em planeamento de produto acabado, materiais e gestão de stocks
  • Experiência prévia em sistemas de planeamento, elaboração de forecast e seguimento de encomendas a fornecedores
  • Experiência nas indústrias farmacêutica, aeronáutica e automotiva é valorizada
  • Conhecimento de ERP e sistemas de planeamento (MRP/MPS), sendo em JD Edwards uma mais-valia
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de melhoria contínua e metologia “Lean Production”, engenharia industrial, gestão e implementação de indicadores de controlo de gestão
  • Excelente conhecimento do MS Office (especialmente Excel)
  • Capacidade crítica e analítica, organização e proatividade
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa
  • Domínio de Inglês
