Gerente de Segurança da Informação e Infraestrutura

Procuramos um(a) profissional com visão estratégica e forte experiência em Segurança da Informação, Cibersegurança e Infraestrutura de TI, que será responsável por garantir a segurança, disponibilidade, estabilidade e evolução do ambiente tecnológico da companhia.

Principais desafios:

• Definir e implementar a estratégia de Segurança da Informação e Cibersegurança;

• Gerenciar a Infraestrutura de TI, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho, capacidade, continuidade e segurança dos ambientes tecnológicos;

• Gerenciar ambientes cloud, redes, servidores, endpoints, acessos, backups e demais componentes de infraestrutura;

• Estruturar políticas, processos, controles e indicadores de Segurança da Informação e Infraestrutura;

• Liderar a gestão de riscos, vulnerabilidades e incidentes de segurança;

• Conduzir a implantação, certificação e manutenção da ISO/IEC 27001 e do SGSI;

• Garantir aderência à LGPD e às melhores práticas e frameworks de segurança;

• Coordenar auditorias, planos de ação e iniciativas para evolução da maturidade de segurança;

• Garantir a execução e evolução dos planos de Continuidade de Negócios e Disaster Recovery (DR);

• Gerenciar fornecedores, contratos, licenças e serviços relacionados à Segurança e Infraestrutura;

• Definir e acompanhar SLAs, disponibilidade dos ambientes e indicadores de desempenho da infraestrutura;

• Atuar de forma integrada com Desenvolvimento, Produto, Compliance, Jurídico e demais áreas do negócio;

• Liderar e desenvolver as equipes de Segurança da Informação e Infraestrutura.

Buscamos profissionais com:

• Experiência sólida em Segurança da Informação, Cibersegurança e gestão de Infraestrutura de TI;

• Experiência em liderança de equipes técnicas;

• Experiência comprovada em projetos de implantação da ISO/IEC 27001;

• Conhecimento em cloud, redes, servidores, IAM, gestão de acessos, backup, monitoramento, vulnerabilidades e gestão de incidentes;

• Conhecimento em LGPD, NIST, CIS Controls e gestão de riscos;

• Perfil estratégico, capacidade de comunicação executiva, liderança e visão de negócio.

Certificações como ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC e certificações de Cloud serão consideradas diferenciais.
