Estamos buscando um Designer Gráfico Pleno, ágil, criativo e experiente para se juntar ao time da Ringgo, um ecossistema de pagamentos e benefícios para empresas e colaboradores. 💚

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e dos padrões de qualidade.
  • Criar conteúdos visuais para apresentações, vídeos promocionais, redes sociais e outros canais de marketing, promovendo as ações e soluções da marca.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Operações, Marketing e Vendas para entender suas necessidades e transformar ideias em soluções visuais.
  • Desenvolver e desdobrar conceitos visuais e materiais gráficos para eventos, incluindo apresentações, banners, folders, peças para redes sociais, entre outros.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de Marketing e os organizadores de eventos para garantir que todos os materiais gráficos estejam alinhados à identidade visual da marca e do evento.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências de design e inovações do mercado, contribuindo para que nossas ações sejam relevantes e se destaquem.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Graduação em Design Gráfico, Comunicação Visual, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas.
  • Imprescindível o envio de portfólio com trabalhos anteriores.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Domínio das principais ferramentas de design, como Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Filmora, Canva e Figma.
  • Conhecimento avançado em fechamento de arquivos para impressão em diferentes formatos e tamanhos.
  • Conhecimento na criação de layouts para mídias on-line e off-line.
  • Experiência e conhecimentos em UI/UX.
  • Capacidade de gerenciar vários projetos simultaneamente e cumprir prazos.
  • Fortes habilidades conceituais e capacidade de traduzir ideias em designs visualmente atraentes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe.
