Estamos em busca de um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas com perfil estratégico, proativo, comunicativo, altamente orientado a resultados e apaixonado por desenvolver novos negócios para integrar nosso time comercial.

🎯 Suas principais responsabilidades

  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de negócios.
  • Desenvolver e gerenciar um pipeline de vendas, garantindo a evolução das oportunidades comerciais.
  • Realizar reuniões comerciais, apresentações de soluções e negociações estratégicas.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais, superar objeções e conduzir o fechamento de contratos.
  • Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes, identificando oportunidades de expansão, upsell e cross-sell.
  • Monitorar indicadores comerciais, acompanhar metas e elaborar relatórios de desempenho.
  • Analisar tendências de mercado, concorrência e oportunidades de crescimento.
  • Contribuir para o aumento da receita e da participação de mercado da Ringgo.

💼 O que buscamos

  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas, prospecção e negociação comercial.
  • Domínio de técnicas de vendas consultivas e fechamento de negócios.
  • Habilidade para identificar e desenvolver leads qualificados.
  • Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de persuasão.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, resiliente e orientado ao cumprimento de metas.
  • Autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e atitude de dono.

  • Experiência em vendas B2B.
  • Vivência no mercado de meios de pagamento, benefícios corporativos, fintechs ou soluções financeiras.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e gestão de funil comercial.
  • Experiência em negociação com decisores e desenvolvimento de contas estratégicas.
