Misión del puesto

El objetivo del puesto es colaborar con los diferentes líderes de acuerdo con el área a la que sean asignados en las labores de: Cálculo de Reservas, Modelaje para medición de rentabilidad, elaboración de reportes regulatorios, cálculo de tarifas, diseño de productos, seguimiento y elaboración de estándares de práctica actuarial y extracción y análisis de información.

Funciones

  • Analizar la información generada y elaborar los reportes e insumos, a través de la programación requerida y de tablas de datos para soportar las cifras control, mejorar la calidad de la información y apoyar en la elaboración de insumos.
  • Ejecutar los modelos, calcular y registrar contablemente las reservas técnicas, mediante los modelos definidos para proporcionar mensualmente la variación para cada ramo.
  • Obtener la información necesaria de reportes regulatorios, mediante la explotación de las bases de datos y análisis contra otros reportes regulatorios para garantizar la consistencia y la entrega oportuna de la información.
  • Elaborar y revisar las tarifas y notas técnicas de los productos, mediante modelos de rentabilidad y de suficiencia estadística, para alinear la estrategia de precios al apetito de riesgo de la Compañía.
  • Elaborar y revisar las condiciones generales y documentación contractual de los productos, conforme a lo expedido por la regulación, para garantizar que el alcance de la cobertura es el adecuado conforme a la rentabilidad y la competencia de los productos.
  • Elaborar, comunicar y conocer el cumplimiento de los estándares de práctica actuarial, por medio del análisis de los nuevos negocios para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y regulatorias.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Lic. en Actuaría, Matemáticas o afín (en los últimos semestres o concluida)
  • Herramientas: Excel, paquetería de Office, lenguajes de programación (R o Pyhton)
