Misión del puesto

Se involucra directamente en la evaluación técnica, negociación y administración facultativa de riesgos corporativos de Daños, incluyendo cuentas especiales, colocaciones facultativas y operaciones de reaseguro tomado, asegurando un adecuado balance entre crecimiento, rentabilidad, apetito de riesgo y servicio al cliente, en un entorno de alta exigencia y presión operativa.

Funciones

FUNCIONES

1. Analizar, coloca y distribuye operaciones de reaseguro

2. Elaborar cotizaciones, propuestas y esquemas de aseguramiento en nuestro sistema CORE

3. Dar seguimiento a renovaciones estratégicas y cuentas de alto valor.

4. Interactúa con las diversas áreas de la compañía para alcanzar el nivel de servicio establecido en el área.

5. Elaboración de reportes particulares para el área para asegurar cumplir con los objetivos de producción rentable y calidad de suscripción establecidos por la organización.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

Excel avanzado.

Power BI (deseable).

Inglés intermedio-avanzado

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL

3 años de experiencia en suscripción de seguros de Daños.

Experiencia en colocación y negociación de reaseguro facultativo.

Conocimiento en distribución de reasguro

Experiencia atendiendo cuentas corporativas y riesgos complejos.

Experiencia en análisis de riesgos industriales y comerciales.

Elaboración de reportes (Producción, KPI´s, etc)

Experiencia en análisis de rentabilidad y siniestralidad.
