Misión del puesto

Gestionar y procesar las solicitudes de emisión de pólizas de seguros para vehículos. Su principal función es asegurar que todas las transacciones sean realizadas de acuerdo a las normativas establecidas, garantizando que los clientes reciban un servicio eficiente, preciso y dentro de los plazos establecidos.

Funciones

Elaborar y emitir pólizas de seguros para vehículos de acuerdo con las solicitudes recibidas de los agentes o clientes.

Verificar la correcta documentación de los vehículos y los asegurados para procesar las pólizas de forma precisa.

Brindar atención a clientes internos y externos, resolviendo consultas sobre la emisión de pólizas, condiciones de la cobertura y otros aspectos relacionados.

Asegurar que los datos del vehículo, el asegurado y las condiciones de la póliza sean correctos y estén actualizados.

Velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas internas y externas del sector asegurador en relación con la emisión de pólizas.

Realizar el seguimiento de las pólizas emitidas, asegurando que se entreguen en tiempo y forma a los clientes.

Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de pólizas emitidas y gestionar la información de clientes de manera organizada.

Preparar reportes periódicos sobre el proceso de emisión de pólizas, identificando tendencias y posibles áreas de mejora.

Trabajar de manera colaborativa con otras áreas, como el área de suscripción, el área comercial y el servicio al cliente, para garantizar la correcta emisión de las pólizas y la satisfacción del cliente.
