Oportunidade para assumir um papel de Liderança Estratégica na Distribuição no Paraná, responsável por garantir a distribuição eficaz dos produtos, excelência na operação de distribuição, assegurando nível de serviço, eficiência de custos e alta satisfação de clientes internos e externos.

Principais atribuições:

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de distribuição, visando atender aos objetivos da empresa, otimizar a eficiência, sempre equilibrando custo x nível de serviço.
  • Gerenciar e liderar uma equipe de coordenadores de distribuição, supervisores de rota e outros profissionais de logística, garantindo a colaboração, proatividade e eficiência da equipe.
  • Desenvolver e otimizar as rotas de entrega, levando em consideração fatores como localização dos clientes, volumes de entrega, ocupação de veículo, restrições de tráfego, jornada de trabalho e eficiência de combustível.
  • Garantir que todas as entregas sejam feitas com precisão e de acordo com os padrões de qualidade da empresa.
  • Negociar contratos com fornecedores de logística, parceiros e transportadoras para garantir o cumprimento de prazos e orçamentos.
  • Manter registros e relatórios de desempenho, produtividade da equipe e eficiência das operações, fornecendo informações valiosas para tomada de decisões.
  • Garantir que todas as operações de distribuição estejam em conformidade com regulamentações e leis locais, incluindo questões de segurança e meio ambiente.
  • Manter comunicação eficaz com outros departamentos, como vendas, financeiro e controladoria para garantir a coordenação das atividades de distribuição e o atendimento às demandas internas e externas.
  • Gerir a operação de distribuição (armazenagem, expedição e transporte).
  • Planejar e controlar indicadores de desempenho (OTIF, nível de serviço, custos).
  • Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe operacional e de liderança intermediária.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas de segurança, qualidade e compliance.
  • Implementar melhorias contínuas em processos e layout operacional.
  • Negociar e acompanhar performance de transportadoras e parceiros logísticos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em gestão de centros de distribuição, armazéns ou operações logísticas.
  • Atuação prévia em posição liderança, Gerência ou Coordenação sênior de logística/distribuição.
  • Conhecimento de indicadores logísticos (OTIF, lead time, acuracidade de estoque, custos).
  • Vivência com gestão de equipes operacionais presenciais e liderança de turnos.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de Excel, BI e sistemas WMS/TMS.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial no Paraná, em regime PJ.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em empresas de grande porte ou operações de alta volumetria.
  • Atuação prévia com projetos de melhoria contínua (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  • Vivência com distribuição multicanal (varejo, atacado, e-commerce).
