The posting

Responsável por garantir o equilíbrio entre demanda, produção, estoques, transferência entre indústria e CDs e venda direta, assegurando disponibilidade de produtos, redução de rupturas e otimização dos estoques e custos logísticos, ambiente de crescimento acelerado.

Principais atribuições:

  • Liderar o processo de S&OP, consolidando o processo de previsão de venda e demanda, construindo o plano de abastecimento dos CDs alinhados com a produção;
  • Definir necessidades de estoques, antecipar riscos de rupturas e excesso;
  • Conduzir reuniões com áreas afins (Comercial, PCP, Compras, Financeiro) criando cenários para decisões de melhoria contínua nos processos e atividades sempre visando nível de serviço x custo;
  • Transferências entre Indústria e CDs: Definir quando, quanto e como transferir produtos, sempre balanceando estoques dos CDs e garantindo o abastecimento dos produtos prioritários;
  • Planejar o abastecimento visando melhor custo x menor tempo e garantindo nível de serviço aceitável para área;
  • Manter registros e relatórios de desempenho, produtividade da equipe e eficiência das operações
  • Treinar novos funcionários e atualizar a equipe existente sobre políticas e procedimentos da empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação em Logística, Administração ou campos relacionados.
  • Experiência sólida em posição de Gerência em Planejamento, Abastecimento e/ou S&OP.
  • Atuação prévia em varejo, indústria de alimentos e bebidas, ou bens de consumo de alto giro.
  • Domínio de processos de planejamento de demanda, suprimentos e estoques.
  • Vivência na condução de rituais de S&OP com múltiplas áreas.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas, domínio de Excel/Google Sheets e indicadores de performance.
  • Capacidade de liderança, influência e tomada de decisão orientada a dados.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em regime PJ.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com ERP Totvs Protheus
  • Atuação em ambientes de alto crescimento ou transformação.
  • Vivência com metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Supply Chain, Operações ou áreas correlatas.
