Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Lean Sênior para atuar na estruturação e evolução do Sistema de Produção Skala, promovendo a excelência operacional, o aumento da produtividade e a otimização dos processos industriais.

Esse(a) profissional terá papel estratégico na implementação das metodologias Lean Six Sigma, conectando o chão de fábrica aos objetivos do negócio. Será responsável por conduzir projetos, fortalecer a governança operacional, analisar indicadores de desempenho e apoiar o desenvolvimento das equipes, garantindo resultados sustentáveis em eficiência, qualidade e segurança.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia;
  • Experiência sólida em Lean Manufacturing, desejável mínimo de 4 anos na área;
  • Conhecimento prático em ferramentas Lean, como VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, A3, GBO/Yamazumi e Gestão à Vista;
  • Experiência com indicadores industriais, especialmente OEE;
  • Conhecimento em Hoshin Kanri, balanceamento de operações e tempo takt;
  • Domínio de Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio e Power BI;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Perfil analítico, visão estratégica, senso de urgência e habilidade para engajar equipes.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em indústrias de cosméticos, alimentos, farmacêutica ou bens de consumo;
  • Certificação Lean Six Sigma Green Belt ou superior;
  • Conhecimento em CAD para atualização de layouts industriais;
  • Vivência na estruturação de sistemas de produção e governança Lean.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar e aprimorar o Sistema de Produção Skala, alinhando as práticas operacionais à estratégia da companhia;
  • Implementar a governança Lean e acompanhar o desdobramento das diretrizes por meio do Hoshin Kanri;
  • Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos, monitorando entregas, resultados e oportunidades de otimização;
  • Desenvolver mapeamentos de fluxo de valor (VSM), promovendo o balanceamento das operações e a eficiência dos fluxos produtivos;
  • Implementar e sustentar o OEE nas linhas de envase e manufatura, garantindo a confiabilidade dos dados e a identificação de perdas;
  • Conduzir análises de desempenho e planos de ação para redução de desperdícios e aumento da capacidade produtiva;
  • Apoiar o planejamento integrado da produção por meio da análise de capacidade instalada e eficiência operacional;
  • Atuar em conjunto com Produção, Qualidade, Planejamento, Segurança e Engenharia para assegurar a integração dos processos;
  • Desenvolver planos de capacitação técnica e apoiar a evolução das competências das equipes operacionais.
