Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Engenharia para atuar no ambiente industrial, apoiando atividades relacionadas à melhoria contínua, análise de processos produtivos e padronização das operações.

Esse(a) profissional será responsável por auxiliar no mapeamento de processos, estudo de variáveis críticas e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e otimização dos processos industriais.

Também apoiará o desenvolvimento de matrizes de habilidades dos setores produtivos, utilizando ferramentas de qualidade, conceitos de Lean Manufacturing e análises de dados para contribuir com a organização e o aprimoramento das atividades.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica ou Engenharia de Produção;
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade;
  • Conhecimento em conceitos de Lean Manufacturing;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gerenciamento de manutenção;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área industrial.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o mapeamento e a análise dos processos produtivos;
  • Auxiliar na identificação e no estudo de variáveis críticas dos processos;
  • Contribuir para a padronização das atividades operacionais;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a atualização das matrizes de habilidades dos setores produtivos;
  • Utilizar ferramentas da qualidade e conceitos de Lean Manufacturing nas atividades de melhoria contínua;
  • Apoiar a organização de informações e dados relacionados aos processos industriais.
