Supervisor(a) de Controle de Qualidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Controle de Qualidade para liderar a gestão da qualidade industrial, assegurando a conformidade de matérias-primas, processos produtivos e produtos acabados, o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos e regulatórios e a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Esse(a) profissional será responsável pela liderança e desenvolvimento da equipe, gestão de indicadores, prevenção de falhas e implementação de melhorias que contribuam para a eficiência operacional, redução de custos e satisfação dos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Supervisionar as atividades de Controle de Qualidade, garantindo a conformidade de matérias-primas, produtos em processo e embalagens acabadas.
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo capacitação técnica, engajamento e cultura de qualidade.
  • Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), monitorando refugo, retrabalho, reclamações e custos da não qualidade.
  • Conduzir análises de causa raiz, tratamento de não conformidades e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos, especificações técnicas, normas regulatórias e requisitos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade.
  • Coordenar inspeções, testes de qualidade e critérios de liberação de materiais e produtos.
  • Participar de auditorias internas e externas, investigações de reclamações de clientes e homologação de fornecedores.
  • Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, redução de desperdícios e otimização dos processos industriais.
  • Atuar em parceria com Produção, Engenharia, P&D e demais áreas no desenvolvimento de produtos e resolução de problemas.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Química, Farmácia, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Controle ou Garantia da Qualidade em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente no segmento de embalagens plásticas, cosméticos ou higiene pessoal.
  • Experiência em liderança, gestão de desempenho e desenvolvimento de equipes.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade, análise de causa raiz, gestão de indicadores e melhoria contínua.
  • Conhecimento em ISO 9001, Boas Práticas de Fabricação e requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis.
  • Vivência em inspeções de qualidade, interpretação de especificações técnicas e tratamento de não conformidades.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, para análises e relatórios gerenciais.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em processos de injeção, sopro, impressão e decoração de embalagens.
  • Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma e Power BI.
  • Vivência em auditorias, validação de processos e homologação de fornecedores.
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas.
