職務概要

当社では、大規模建設・インフラ関連プロジェクトを統括する**テクニカルリーダー（土木・建設）**を募集しています。

本ポジションは、ゼネコン、設計事務所・設計エンジニアリング会社、行政機関など、社内外の関係者と密接に連携しながら、設計内容の理解、工程管理、許認可対応、施工推進まで、エンジニアリング・建設プログラム全体を一貫してマネジメントしていただく役割です。

大規模案件の推進経験を持ち、構造・土木分野に関する深い専門知識を活かして、品質・コスト・納期・安全を高水準で実現できる方を求めています。

主な業務内容

  • 建設・土木プロジェクト全体の技術的・運営的リード
  • ゼネコン、設計事務所、構造設計・土木設計チームとの調整・マネジメント
  • 行政機関および関係当局との折衝、各種許認可取得に向けた対応
  • 設計図書、仕様書、施工計画のレビューおよび技術的妥当性の確認
  • 設計意図を正確に理解し、施工チームへ適切に展開・指示
  • 工事全体のマスタースケジュール、マイルストーン、納期の策定・管理
  • 工程遅延、設計変更、現場課題、施工リスクの特定および是正対応
  • 構造・土木工事に関する品質管理、安全管理、コスト管理の推進
  • 社内関係部門および外部パートナーとの定例会議運営、進捗報告、課題管理
  • ベンダー、施工会社、協力会社のパフォーマンス管理
  • プロジェクト完了までの建設プログラム全体の統括責任

必須要件

  • 土木工学、構造工学、建築工学または関連分野の学位、もしくは同等の実務経験
  • 大規模建設プロジェクトまたはインフラプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
  • ゼネコン、設計会社、行政機関との調整・折衝経験
  • 構造工事および土木工事に関する深い実務知識
  • 設計内容を理解し、施工フェーズまで一貫して落とし込める能力
  • 工程管理、コスト管理、品質管理、安全管理に関する実務経験
  • 複数のステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
  • 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力

歓迎要件

  • 許認可取得、行政協議、条例・法規対応に関する知識
  • データセンター、産業施設、公共インフラ、エネルギー関連施設等のプロジェクト経験
  • 一級土木施工管理技士、技術士、RCCM、または関連資格
  • 英語での業務対応力
  • 設計変更管理、クレーム管理、契約管理の経験
  • ゼネコン、エンジニアリング会社、インフラ関連企業等での勤務経験
